Sunrun is blatantly negligent, has horrific customer service, and gives consistent misinformation. 2 ½ years ago we entered into a contract/lease for 90+ solar panels on our house. The Sunrun failed inspection seven times and they didn't do anything. It's been happening for about two years and they don't correct the issues.
